Windows 8.1 Automatic Pop up of Start Screen and Changed Battery Plan to its 2nd Option

Hello, I really need help since I can't search any the same problem of mine in Google Search.
Here's my problem on my Windows 8.1. Im only new to this OS, and I never change of its settings, instead putting the apps on tiles of Start Screen.

First of all, when my time is HH:31 the Start Screen Pop Up Automatically, then my battery plan changed to the 2nd option. From Balance to High Performance, and I was getting annoyed of this!
Im making a program then, bam, sometimes I have low power and I gotta go somewhere so I left my laptop in the house while downloading, and bam the battery plan changed automatically, and the screen is on start screen.
Sometimes Im playing CSGO on it, and its really annoying. Please help me! :(
